Black Maca is a unique root that is cultivated in the country of Peru and can be taken by either men or women.  It is intended to help support a variety of concerns relating to sexual health and/or menopausal symptoms.  This formula offers 500mg. dosage per capsule.

Recommendations For Use:  Adult women may take 1 capsule up to 3 times per day.  Men may take 2 capsules twice per day.  Or as recommended by your health care provider.
