Step One of the Program.

Detox General Body: Gold Foot Detox Patches. Effective at night while you sleep. For program will need: 2
Detox Colon: Aloe Vera Black Label. (8oz in AM with 1/2 Freshly squezed Lime Juice at least 45 min before breakfast.) Need: 2
Digestion: Digest Matrix: Digestive Enzymes. Take one with lunch and dinner.  Two can be taken for larger meals. Need: 1

Appetite Control: French Patch. Easy, Convenient and Effective. Need 2.

Thermogenic: At this stage we do not recommend any thermogenics.  Need 0

This program will last for two weeks.  We recommend to drink at least eight, 8oz glasses of filtered water throught the day and follow the instructions

for each of the supplements used.  This program is recommended and may be continued for another two weeks.
